Job Description As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and plating dishes to exacting standards, maintaining the highest level of quality, and ensuring each guest enjoys a flawless dining experience. Youll work closely with our culinary team to execute menu items efficiently and creatively while upholding strict safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes, plating guidelines, and chefs direction

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service

  • Ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff

  • Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing food and supplies

  • Contribute ideas for specials, seasonal dishes, and menu improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale restaurant

  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
