Morning and evening shift Server

The Server is responsible for providing an excellent guest dining experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Servers take food and drink orders, serve meals, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Greet guests promptly and warmly.

Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with service standards.

Monitor tables and anticipate guests needs throughout the meal.

Clear tables and reset for the next guest.

Process payments using POS systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions.

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math and money-handling skills.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Carrying trays of food and beverages (up to 25 lbs).
• Reaching, bending, and lifting as needed.
