We're looking for ambitious and experienced line cooks to join our growing team and assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. Line Cooks to perform evening dinner shifts / 5 nights a week.

We're looking for a minimum of two years of experience in a fast paced kitchen environment. The pay is TBD per/hr, DOE. We offer discounted meals and drinks training opportunities, career growth, and a great team environment! Qualified individuals should possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a strong team collaborator. With a culinary program led by Chef Aaron and Kyle Stokes adobe takes inspiration from the California's Coast line with simple food with intention. Located in Monterey, California - the restaurant is dinner only, 7 nights a week with full bar, and fresh ingredients from small local farmers.
