Part-Time Baker/Prep Join Our Kitchen Team
Location: Alessia patisserie & cafe
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays (early morning shifts 4:00am-12:30pm)
Position Type: Part-Time

Were looking for a skilled and reliable baker/prep cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment and takes pride in producing high-quality pastries and baked goods.

Responsibilities include:
Scaling and preparing batters, doughs, and other bakery items
Baking, assembling, and finishing products according to daily prep lists
General prep tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining kitchen standards
Supporting the team with various back-of-house duties as needed

Requirements:
Previous experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work efficiently, cleanly, and independently
Comfortable with early morning shifts and standing for long periods
Must be available Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
