Custodian

The Musco Team is excited to announce an opening for a Custodian at our corporate campus in Oskaloosa, IA. Please note, this is an evening shift, with hours being 4:30 pm - 12:30 am. In this role, you will maintain a clean, professional appearance of all company office space. You will also ensure a safe and clean environment for all team members to work in and be responsible for inventory and ordering of beverages. What you will do as a Custodian:

• Dispose of trash from all trash receptacles each night

• Maintain all floors by mopping or vacuuming

• Clean and sanitize all restrooms and break room sinks and countertops

• Stock pop coolers for the following day and clean coffee pots

• Wipe off desks and countertops

• Dust office areas, as well as reception and conference room areas

• Maintain all cleaning equipment as needed to ensure proper performance

• Order beverage supply on a weekly basis

• Adhere health and safety regulations

• Other duties as assigned per SOP

Education & Experience Requirements:

• GED required / high school diploma

• Previous custodial experience preferred

What you need to be successful as a Custodian:

• Able to follow established procedures

• Basic knowledge of cleaning requirements

• Good work ethic and takes pride in work

• Can meet physical requirements of job

• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple duties

• Must be self-directed and able to work independently

• Able to communicate well with others team members

• Basic computer knowledge a plus, excel a plus

• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
