Job DetailsCornerstone Line/ Prep Cook
Cornerstone is a new restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen located in historic Pawling, NY . Slated to open October 2025. We are looking for industry professionals to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Ensure food is prepared consistent with recipe guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness of station and equipment at all times
- Communicate effectively and clearly with team members
- Staying organized with station mise en place, utensils and prep lists
- Abide by food safety standards at all times
- Labeling and dating all products accordingly
Required Experience
- A good attitude!
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Pizza dough production knowledge and handling
- Understanding of cooking pizza in wood fired oven and temperatures
- Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Ability and eagerness to learn
Physical Abilities:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance , and frequently lift and bend from the waist
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and perform repetitive motions
