The Asian Executive Casino Host is responsible for delivering superior guest service, with a specialized focus on the cultivation, engagement, and retention of high-value Asian clientele. This role is dedicated to creating personalized and memorable guest experiences, while actively developing new relationships within the Asian market segment.

This position will be spending two days per week offsite for community engagement and the strategic recruitment of potential Asian players. Responsibilities include identifying premium players, strengthening relationships with existing guests, and promoting the amenities of our property, especially to those who have not yet visited.

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

· Provide gracious, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members, with a strong cultural understanding and sensitivity toward the Asian market.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for Asian VIP guests, building strong, long-term relationships.

· Spend two days per week off-property attending community events, networking, or conducting outreach to identify and recruit new high-value Asian players.

· Host dinners, attend cultural events, and meet with prospective and current guests as requested or required to drive loyalty and visitation.

· Identify targeted segments within the Asian demographic and develop custom promotional strategies that align with cultural preferences and behaviors.

· Work collaboratively with Player Development leadership and Marketing to design and implement campaigns specific to the Asian market.

· Ensure that all player development activities reflect a deep understanding of cultural traditions, preferences, and communication styles.

· Actively engage with VIP guests on the casino floor, ensuring their needs are met and providing hospitality services as needed (room, food, beverage, special requests).

· Monitor complimentary expenses and manage within established guidelines to ensure profitability.

· Proactively resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.

· Track all guest interactions, preferences, and offers using CRM software such as Sales Force (CMS).

· Solicit players via telemarketing, email, referrals, and in-person visits to drive return visits and increase wallet share.

· Coordinate and support culturally relevant special events and VIP experiences to promote guest engagement and retention.

· Regularly evaluate guest profitability and make informed decisions regarding incentives and complimentary offerings.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and ensure data security protocols are followed.

· Support overall departmental and company sales and revenue goals.

· Fluency in an Asian language is strongly preferred (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.).

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant guest service and/or casino experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum one (1) year of casino guest service experience, including Player Development, Slots, or Table Games.

· Two (2) years of experience hosting VIP players with an existing guest following preferred.

· Deep understanding of Asian cultures, customs, and social behaviors related to hospitality and entertainment.

· Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including culturally sensitive interaction and conflict resolution.

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software such as Sales Force (CMS); ACSC preferred.

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history required, as regular offsite travel is part of the role.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Additional fluency in an Asian language is strongly preferred.

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically and in accordance with cultural norms.

Team Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Must successfully complete TIPS training.
