THE JOB:

Beerhaus is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Bartender to support the bar team and maintain a welcoming, organized bar environment. You'll assist bartenders, stock glassware, condiments, beer, and other essentials, and help create memorable guest experiences with a friendly, attentive approach that leaves lasting "WOW" impressions.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.00 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist bartenders with preparing drinks, mixes, and garnishes

• Set up, label, stock, and deliver alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glassware, garnishes, paper products, and ice

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas and equipment, including refrigerators, countertops, floors, and tools

• Perform opening and closing duties, including paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries

• Resolve guest issues within scope or escalate to management, and report unusual events or inventory discrepancies

• Organize and maintain beverage pump rooms, storage areas, and warehouses, identifying non-stock items for management

• Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience as an Apprentice Bartender in a resort or similar setting

• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
