As a bartender at Lucio's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve various beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beers.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
* Stay informed about current beverage trends and suggest new menu enhancements.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
* Extensive knowledge of Italian and international beverages
* Vital customer service and communication skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality drinks
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
