Krupa Grocery, a beloved neighborhood restaurant in Windsor Terrace, is looking for a Busser / Food Runner to join our front-of-house team.

Were inspired by the belief that great service starts with genuine hospitality not just for our guests, but for each other. Our ideal candidate is someone who moves with purpose, communicates with care, and takes pride in the small details that elevate a dining experience.

What Youll Do:

• Ensure tables are clean, reset, and guest-ready with efficiency and warmth

• Support servers by running food and drinks, describing dishes with knowledge and enthusiasm

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations

• Anticipate the needs of both guests and teammates, staying one step ahead

• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment that reflects our values

What Were Looking For:

• A passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic

• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with the team

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required were happy to train the right person

Lo que haras:

• Asegurar que las mesas esten limpias, organizadas y listas para recibir a los invitados

• Apoyar a los meseros llevando la comida y bebidas, y describiendo los platos con entusiasmo y conocimiento

• Mantener la limpieza y organizacion del comedor y las estaciones de servicio

• Anticipar las necesidades de los invitados y del equipo, siempre un paso adelante

• Contribuir a un ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo que refleje nuestros valores

Lo que buscamos:

• Pasion por la hospitalidad y una fuerte etica de trabajo

• Atencion al detalle y sentido de urgencia

• Capacidad para comunicarse clara y respetuosamente con el equipo

• Disponibilidad en las tardes, fines de semana y dias festivos

• Experiencia previa en restaurantes es una ventaja, pero no es necesaria estamos felices de capacitar a la persona adecuada

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
