Job Details
The Dead Rabbit is looking for a Barback to join our team at The Dead Rabbit ATX! Barbacks are critical partners in assisting Bartenders and Servers, ensuring they have everything necessary to create world-class Irish Pub experiences for our customers and the bar is clean,anized, and set for success. BARBACK ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Embody our core values.
Stock the bar with necessary product and service tools.
Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing and daily versus weekly cleaning tasks.
Maintain cleanliness andanization of bars.
Adnce to The Dead Rabbit s team member handbook.
Perform related duties as requested by leadership teams.
Be a team player working with other team members when needed or required.
Be an effectivemunicator post, during, and pre-shift, alerting team members to operational issues or concerns.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a hospitality orientation and experience in similar roles.
Candidates must be hungry to learn and grow.
Candidates must be ambitious, disciplined, and enthusiastic
Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry/balance multiple items during service, including glass racks, ice buckets, and glassware.
Candidates must have excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must have the requisite schedule availability.
Candidates must be able to take constructive criticism and work within an engaged, collaborative, and accountable culture and team environment.
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods.
