Baristas Needed For New Cafe!

Brought to you by the team behind Rose Pizzeria, Cafe Brusco will be an all-day coffee bar and were hiring! Were looking for Baristas and a few Lead Baristas (if you think youre a fit, dont be shy!).

About Cafe Brusco
Were building community around a shared love of quality coffee, natural wine, sandwiches, and snacks. Were proud partners with Counter Culture Coffee and their extensive barista education program, and weve invested in top-notch equipment a brand new La Marzocco, Swan grinders, and puq presses to make sure every drink shines.

What Youll Do ---
+ Deliver warm, energetic hospitality
+ Make high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea beverages
+ Pour and learn about natural wine
+ Know our menu inside and out
+ Handle transactions accurately
+ Open/close the cafe (including locking up)
+ Keep the cafe sparkling clean (sweeping, mopping, wiping down, maintaining equipment)
+ Lift crates of milk/wine (up to 40 lbs)
+ Occasionally use a slicer and sandwich press

-What Were Looking For
+ At least 1 year of barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
+ Weekend availability and commitment to at least 3 shifts/week (Lead Baristas: 4 shifts/week)
+ Fast, efficient, clean, and calm under pressure
+ Great with people we want someone who enjoys chatting with regulars
+ A strong team player whos proactive about tasks (cleaning, dishes, restocking, managing orders)

+ Typical hours: 8am4pm (start time is 7am!), with some evenings until 9pm for wine nights
