-Experienced kitchen cook or chef Full time
* Can have prior japanese food experience or we can train you
*Need to have knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and traditional ingredients
*Able to maintain great attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
* Have some Customer service skill
*This individual must be consistent under pressure
*Can-do, positive attitude
* speak Japanese can be extra credit

Qualifications:
