Fine Dining Mixologist

Carvers on 19, our fine dining establishment on the top floor of the Hard Rock Hotel, is seeking a talented Mixologist/Bartender. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques, as well as a passion for creating innovative and classic cocktails. Additionally, they will excel in providing exceptional customer service and work seamlessly with the culinary and service teams to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

• Craft and serve a wide range of handcrafted cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency with every pour.
• Provide top-notch service, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver a seamless and efficient service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, venue history, and resort property.
• 4-5 years of prior experience as a full-service bartender or in an upscale bar setting; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Strong mixology skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers.
• Genuine enthusiasm for crafting exceptional beverages and creating innovative cocktails.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues, resolve issues professionally, and convey information clearly and concisely, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Required food safety certification and alcohol service licensing by the appropriate regulatory agency.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
