Were looking for a part-time line cook to join our BOH team. This role includes standard line responsibilitie- executing dishes consistently and efficiently during service - as well as assisting with prep to support our from-scratch menu.
What Youll Do
Cook and plate dishes accurately and consistently during service
Support daily prep, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and batch cooking
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station at all times
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
What Stands Out
Familiarity or interest in plant-based/vegetarian/vegan cuisine
Experience in a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliability and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $21.00)
