Position: Bartender We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, warmth, and a dedication to excellence, contributing to a service experience that matches the artistry of our cuisine.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service at the highest standard

• Experience contributing to cocktail menu

• Poise, professionalism, and eloquent communication skills

• Ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations in a fine dining environment

• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to team success

• Capacity to multitask and work with urgency while maintaining composure

• Sound leadership and delegation skills when required

• Proficiency with POS systems (Toast) and solid salesmanship through menu and beverage knowledge

• Extensive understanding of wine, spirits, and mixology; knowledge of Chinese or Asian cuisine is advantageous but not required

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, attentive, and memorable beverage service in harmony with the tasting menu experience

• Ability to contribute in a dynamic way both behind the bar and in main dining room during service

• Partner with management and colleagues to uphold and execute service standards

• Perform opening and closing duties with precision and consistency

• Elevate the guest experience through deep knowledge of our food and beverage program

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
