Room Attendant at Spanish Peaks Mountain ClubStart Date: December 1, 2025End Date: April 14, 2026Spanish Peaks Mountain Club LLC , located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks four (4) full-time, temporary Room Attendants who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at the employers property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing windows. Will report directly to the Director of Housekeeping at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club.Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense. Travel is not required.Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided.On-the-job training is provided. Wage: $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Service charge-eligible position, so actual wage with service charge may occasionally be higher. Overtime is available at $28.50 per hour. Employee may be eligible for any seasonal bonus incentives, including a free ski pass or wellness bonus.Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am 1:00pm or 8:00am 3:00pm. Shift hours may vary. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $500.00 $1,200.00 per month. Spanish Peaks Mountain Club uses an online portal, StarRez, for housing. Employees will be required to sign up for an account and make all of their payments via debit, credit, or ACH online. A small service fee is included with each non- ACH transaction (approximately 3.5% of the transaction amount for a credit card and a $7.95 fee per transaction for a debit card). A $250.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required, which will be paid via the StarRez portal prior to moving in. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for workers sole benefit, including but not limited to 401k and seasonal health plan (associates become eligible the 1st of the month following their first 30 days of employment). If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.
