Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring friendly, outgoing, and customer-service seasonal Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Yellowstone Vacations in West Yellowstone, Montana. On the job training is available.

What will you do?
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system.
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on our services.
  • Take reservations and make charges to customer credit cards.
  • Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations.
  • Outfit guests in proper attire for their activities.
  • Resolve small issues as they arrive for guests.
  • Check and balance the daily figures, make sure that all charges are applied to each customer properly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
More about you
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
  • Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures manual.
  • Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
Physical requirements
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
