Job Description: As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area. You will support servers and the culinary team to maintain smooth operations and uphold the restaurants high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly.
Assist servers with clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining clean and organized service areas.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure proper timing and presentation of dishes.
Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
Assist with any tasks required to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and focus on delivering a high level of guest service.
Physical stamina to carry food and supplies throughout the shift.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
