We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to administer our firm maintenance operations. This crucial role ensures the smooth execution of both administrative and strategic processes, including routine updates and complex mergers. The Associate will serve as a central liaison between internal business partners, driving process efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery. Additional responsibilities may include supporting other Service Delivery teams.

The current EWA for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Firm Maintenance Oversight: Manage all aspects of firm maintenance, including routine updates to firm records, EFT details, and addresses.
  • Firm Merger Management: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end firm merger process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication between stakeholders. Facilitate a weekly call involving multiple business groups, ensuring the firm merger process remains streamlined and on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple internal teams and business groups to ensure updates and changes are implemented effectively.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all firm data is maintained to the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
  • Product Specification Review: Examine and interpret product specifications precisely.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and clients, shaping customer experiences and efficiently processing transactions.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues with empathy, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Flexibility: Provide support and assistance in handling commission-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or customer service.
  • Knowledge in financial services and IMO products is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Capability to work collaboratively across multiple locations or remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong math and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in peer leadership within diverse team settings.
  • Flexibility with scheduling.
  • A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $65,900.00 to $102,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
