Dishwasher

Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is looking for motivated, talented service industry professionals who are passionate about all things food, beverage, and hospitality!

We are currently looking for a Dishwasher who can also do some cooking prep work. You will work in a team-oriented environment to prepare clean dishes and prep food in a high-volume, fast-paced, and guest-centrist environment. There is also upward growth potential with our growing organization!

We have both Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute dishwasher duties in a fast and thorough way.
• Follow rigid cleanliness procedures to minimize risk and increase the best kitchen standards.
• Keep dishwashing station organized and follow procedures to support the rest of the kitchen, cook and serving staff.
• Coordinate prep food orders to support timely and efficient cook support.
• Ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant dishwasher.
• Ability to maintain complete knowledge of correct hygiene of dish cleaning and storage of restaurant equipment.
• Ability to comprehend prep food requirements.
• Demonstrates a commitment to service and organizational values.
• Exhibits professionalism of position through appropriate conduct and demeanor
