About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a warm and welcoming Host to join our team at Proof! As the first and last point of contact, youll set the tone for each guests experience, greeting them with genuine hospitality and ensuring their visit ends on a high note. Your role is key in creating the lasting memories that make Proof so special.

What you will do

• Greeting and seating guests

• Coordinating guest reservations on sight an in Open Table

• Responding to guest inquiries

• Communicating and building rapport with guests while providing above and beyond service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction

• Answering phones and assisting where needed in the restaurant operation

• Print menus, and create collateral, for the restaurant

What you bring

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, hotel/resort experience preferred, not required

• Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively

• Above and beyond attitude is required as well as a flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays/evenings

• Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card

• Full Time

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
