Job Description and Duties
Performs janitorial and maintenance related duties, maintains overall cleanliness of the area facility and equipment, performs routine facility maintenance and repairs, performs landscape maintenance, and performs as an assistant to the automotive technician on a limited basis, specific duties include but are not limited to: Mopping/waxing floors, vacuuming/shampooing carpets, emptying and cleaning waste receptacles, cleaning/dusting furniture, equipment, shelves, and electronic equipment. Conduct daily cleaning of restrooms and resupplying of all paper products and soap. Clean break room. Clean exterior of building including the parking lot area, sidewalks, fuel bays and parking lots, watering and maintaining plants in and around the buildings and parking lots, performing minor repairs and services as needed on the facility, inspecting the facility and grounds for damage and items requiring maintenance. Perform minor routine preventative maintenance. Assist the area automotive technician, on a limited basis, such as delivering and picking up of vehicles from service centers.

Working Conditions
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1500 daily; except weekends and state holidays. Must work in the office located in Corte Madera, Marin County.
