We are a high-end steakhouse known for exceptional service, elegant ambiance, and outstanding cuisine. We're currently seeking an experienced Food Runner who understands the pace, polish, and precision required in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately

Clearly communicate with chefs, servers, and guests about menu items

Ensure food presentation standards are maintained at all times

Support servers by resetting tables, refilling water, and assisting with guest needs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas

Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism

Requirements:

Prior fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required

Strong knowledge of food handling and menu components

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Polished appearance and professional demeanor

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
