Full-Time Maintenance Handyman

Location: Pomona & surrounding areas (Claremont, Chino, San Dimas, Upland, La Verne, Rancho Cucamonga, etc.)

Compensation: $17$25/hr (DOE) + mileage reimbursement + company phone/tools (optional, adjust as needed)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday (some weekends/evenings for emergencies)

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance at residential and commercial properties (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance installs, locks, etc.)

Complete work orders promptly and professionally

Maintain property curb appeal and address city compliance issues

Communicate with tenants and property managers regarding repairs and follow-ups

Track materials and submit receipts/work logs

Requirements:

3+ years handyman/maintenance experience

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, insurance

Ability to use own tools (company tools may be provided after probation)

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)

Must pass background check
