Job DetailsAs a server, youll guide our guest through an array of wine, spirits and culinary options, engage and guide the guests experience, maintain and keep a positive, clean and efficient work area and be an ambassador of the La Fete standards for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take orders accurately.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guest satisfaction.
Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized section.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
Requirements:
passionate, ability to work in team setting, willingness to learn and grow, positive attitude
Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
Friendly, engaging personality.
TIPS or TABS required at end of training
CMS or Level 1 sommelier equivalent within 12 months of hiring date (we will provide training)
Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($5.00) plus tips
