Job DetailsCentrolina is hiring a Floor Manager! A beautiful, light filled dining experience featuring an extensive Italian wine list, craft cocktails and an adjoining small European market which serves as daily inspiration for what we do. Across Palmer Alley is Piccolina, our sister cafe, serving wood fired cuisine, hand made pastries, espresso and wine.
We are a fast paced, growing company looking to add passionate hospitality professionals to our team.
Specific duties:
- Perform proper execution of opening and closing procedures, pre and post service duties.
- Inspect dining room before service.
- Keep abreast of reservations, seating plans and react to special requests.
- Monitor service to guests in all areas of the restaurant and market and ensure team members' adherence to service standards.
- Enhance guest relations and turn new customers into repeat customers.
- Recover guest complaints and opportunities with positive outcome
Ideal candidates possess:
- 3 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Italian food and wine preferred.
- A warm and natural sense of hospitality and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- A professional and polished approach to leadership.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, a team player.
- An ability to lead service in a fast paced atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
