Old Village Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cashier Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced quick service restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, food industry knowledge, and a passion for hospitality management (Restaurant Experience Req.) This role involves supervising staff, managing food service processes, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Cashier Shift Leader will play a key role in supporting the team, managing POS systems, and ensuring smooth shift transitions to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Portion control of fries, rings, and shakes
Delegation of cleaning projects
Maintaining the efficiency of the labor process
Ensuring quality Customer Service
Correction and Guidance to CoWorkers
We are offering a fixed schedule Monday thru Friday 12pm - 8pm, pay starts at $19 but if the job is learned fast and with satisfactory results a quick raise to $20 can be expected. Cash Tips Daily averaging $3-5 dollars an hour
