We are seeking a talented and motivated AM Sous Chef to join a premier private club culinary team. Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Oversee all breakfast and lunch a la carte operations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and adherence to established recipes.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory management, food cost controls, and purchasing.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and kitchen organization.
- Expedite service during peak periods and support banquet operations as needed.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and front-of-house leadership teams.
- Previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and developing team members.
