FOH Team Member - Navy Yard

Taqueria Xochi is hiring Front of House Team Members for our Navy Yard location. We are an authentic Mexican taqueria looking for energetic, reliable team players who enjoy fast-paced environments and providing great guest service.

Experience is welcome but not required we train the right people.

FOH Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide friendly service
Cashier, serving, and guest assistance
Some team members may focus on bartending or bar support
Run food and drinks to tables
Bus tables and keep dining areas clean
Package takeout and delivery orders
Work as a team to keep service smooth

Everyone helps on the floor teamwork is required.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends)
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Team-oriented and guest-focused
