About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, guestfocused Baristas to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fastpaced environments, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow within a rapidly expanding hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, genuine, highquality guest service throughout every interaction
Guide guests through the menu and help them select items theyll love
Prepare all coffee and tea beverages according to The Saltys standards
Operate the POS system with accuracy and complete opening/closing checklists
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and frontofhouse environment
Pack donut orders neatly and efficiently while maintaining product quality
Follow all food safety, quality, and FIFO procedures
Assist with restocking, inventory tasks, and putting away deliveries
Support overall store cleanliness, including lobby, patio, and guest areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Qualifications

Lattee Art experience is required
Experience in food service, cafe, restaurant, or guest service required
Strong communication skills and a positive, teamoriented attitude
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace
Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 3050 lbs
Prior barista experience is a plus but not required we provide full training

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.50 - $21.00) plus tips
