The Barback is responsible for supporting the bartending team and ensuring the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and prepared for efficient service. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth guest experience and helping the bar team execute high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
- Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and ongoing service needs.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout service.
- Wash and polish glassware as needed.
- Change kegs, restock coolers, and maintain proper product rotation.
- Remove trash, recycling, and empty boxes from the bar area.
- Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and other basic bar mise en place.
- Communicate with bartenders and managers regarding low inventory or service needs.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items, including kegs and ice.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
