Basic Job Duties:

• Performs dishwashing and cleaning duties to ensure the constant availability of clean prep/cooking equipment and the cleanest possible work environment.
• May perform additional duties including (but not limited to): (a) unloads delivery truck and appropriately stores received product, (b) sweeps and mops floors on a scheduled and as-needed basis, (c) removes garbage and rinses garbage cans as necessary, (d) supports fellow back of house team members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
• Reports/corrects safety hazards in a timely manner

Requirements and Skills:

• *Prior experience in dishwashing in a high volume/fast-paced commercial kitchen environment is REQUIRED
• *In order to be considered for the position, candidates must be available to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays
• Must be age 16 or older
