Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Create and maintain eye contact
  • Speak enthusiastically, using "My Pleasure"
  • Make emotional connections with guests
  • Honor and encourage others to help people be better because of us
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Follow the vision and direction of restaurant leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
