Warm, Proactive Nanny/Housekeeper Needed for Family with Two Young Girls

Seeking a caring, organized, English-speaking nanny/housekeeper for our family with two girls (ages 6 & 4). This is a hybrid nanny/housekeeper role with responsibilities including childcare, simple meal prep, school & activity transportation, laundry, dishes, errands, organization, & light housekeeping (no deep cleaning). Mom is actively involved & will often handle drop-offs, pick-ups, & activities when work allows, so flexibility with changing daily schedules is important. The role will begin childcare-focused & gradually transition to more household management as the children enter full-time school. We hope to find someone warm, proactive, reliable, and eager to become part of our family.
