What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome arriving guests with a smile and ensure a memorable start to their Dayton adventure.
• Master the art of communication, uncovering guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Promote our brand loyalty programs and enhance guest experiences with special rate packages and upgrades.
• Collaborate seamlessly with hotel departments to deliver the exceptional service Hotel Ardent is known for.
• Show empathy and responsiveness to guest concerns, turning challenges into opportunities to delight.
• Maintain an impeccable professional poise that aligns with our brand and your personal integrity.
• Stay prepared and informed about hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and comfort.

About You

• A passionate ambassador for hospitality with over 2 years of customer service experience , preferably in the hospitality industry.
• A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification, ready to engage and enchant.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsbecause every word matters here!
• The physical agility to manage a dynamic hotel environment, from greeting guests to assisting in emergencies.
