Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, mature candidate for a full-time GROUNDSKEEPER/ PORTER position in our community in Antelope.

This position would provide property & grounds cleaning, various custodial/janitorial duties, and, most importantly, a warm and personable customer service enthusiasm.

PLEASE NOTE: Working weekends is required. Valid driver's license is preferred. Background check and drug screen upon offer of employment.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive entry-level wage of $21.50/hour, plus free maintenance technician training, full medical/dental benefits, a 401 (k) savings plan with company match, insurance, vision plan, and other discounts. Advancement opportunities available!
