A premier global hospitality company known for their exceptional service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction is looking for a Sales Gallery Greeter / Gifter to join their team! The Sales Gallery serves as the first point of contact for customers, showcasing the brand's quality and hospitality excellence. As the Greeter & Gifter, you would be the first point of contact for all potential clients. We are looking for an energetic, professional individual to greet all of guests and keep the calendar organized. Upon guests' departure, we like to give them a small parting gift which the Greeter / Gifter will be responsible for handing out and tracking in our tracking system. Both roles require a high level of professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. The Greeter role involves a broader range of responsibilities including administrative tasks and handling guest interactions, while the Gifter role is more focused on gifting guests and managing inventory.

Location: Midtown
Pay: $21
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (potential to end earlier)
Scheduling of gifter/greeter responsivities may vary depending on the day.

Responsibilities:

Greeter:

Welcome and interact with guests and owners entering the Sales Gallery.
Manage pre-arrival processes for sales presentations, including recording reservations and assigning Sales Executives.
Administer the gifting program for guests.
Maintain Front of the House areas to company standards.
Provide timely and professional responses to guest inquiries and handle difficult situations with courtesy and professionalism.
Rotate through administrative duties such as completing reports, updating forms, and assisting guests with information.
Gifter:

Interact with guests and gift them specified premiums upon their visit.
Manage inventory of premiums and ensure availability.
Perform data entry tasks related to gifting activities.
Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in customer service roles.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Must be eligible to work in the country.
Must be 18 or over.
Must be able to work the schedule.
