Opened in March 2025 in the historic former Westbury Hotel on Madison Avenue, Maximes is a private members club home to four distinct kitchens, each offering a unique culinary experience.

• Senior Sous Chef - $95,000 - $105,000/ annum
• Junior Sous Chef - $85,000 - $90,000/ annum
• Breakfast Chef - $85,000 - $90,000/ annum
• Chef de Partie - $28.00 - $33.00/ hour
• Line Cook's - $28.00 - $33.00/ hour
• Commis Chef - $22.00 - $26.00/ hour
• Japanese Restaurant Chef de Partie - $28.00 - $33.00/ hour
• Japanese Restaurant Prep Chef - $24.00 - $26.00/ hour
