Job Details Nami Nori/Postcard Commissary Kitchen is looking for a detail oriented and organized PM Production Pastry Cook with a passion for the food industry and a focus on pastry products. Nami Nori is the first concept to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City and has expanded with Postcard Bakery. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki and pastry through omotenashi, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.
