We are looking for a skilled Head Bartender with a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and overall quality of service behind bar
-Ensure communication with bar team which can be relayed to management
-Manage inventory and supplies effectively. Weekly inventory into margin edge, and assistance with ordering
- Input on beverage program and work in tandem with general manager and beverage director on beverage program
- Build and grow relationships with clients and purveyors for repeat business
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and a positive, team-oriented attitude Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00) plus tips
