Document Custodian Vault Analyst

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented File Clerk / Records Assistant to support our records management team. This role involves retrieving and organizing physical files, requiring extended periods of standing and light physical activity throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Pull physical files from shelves based on requests or scheduled tasks.

+ Maintain accurate records of file movements and ensure proper file organization.

+ Work on your feet for the majority of the workday.

+ Perform minimal lifting of file boxes or documents as needed.

+ Follow established filing systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Ability to stand and move throughout the day in a physically active role.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Basic understanding of filing systems and document handling.

+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
