CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 6 months Duties: Maintain custody of physical loan documents in a secure vault environment Organize, track, and retrieve documents upon request following strict protocols Perform daily repetitive tasks with accuracy and care Update inventory records and log document movements using internal systems Ensure compliance with document handling procedures and regulatory standards Communicate with internal teams to resolve document-related inquiries Support audits and reconciliation activities as needed Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain order in a high-volume environment Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Good inter-personal communication and teamwork capabilities Comfortable with repetitive and routine daily tasks Proficiency in basic Microsoft software applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience: Previous experience in document handling, records management, or administrative support preferred Familiarity with vault or secure storage operations is a plus Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
