Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Accurately record guest information and seating preferences using the restaurant's reservation system.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage the waiting list.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and providing initial information about the restaurant.
- Table Management:
- Monitor table availability and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with servers and management to maintain a smooth flow of guests.
- Clear and reset tables as needed, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
- Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant events.
- Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
