Customer service-oriented counter help needed. Coffee experience preferred!

We re looking for someone to work the register and coffee machine at our busy little Dripping Springs bakeshop. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves coffee, pastries, bread, & people. During high seasons it can get busy, so it's preferable that you have experience in high-volume operations and have the ability to remain calm,municate effectively, and work professionally in that setting. Most of all, you must be able to work well on a tight team!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to standard

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude

Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

Assist with restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties

Maintain a clean and weing cafe environment

Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

Qualifications:

Previous barista or customer service experience necessary

Strongmunication skills and a team-first mindset

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Availability on weekends and/or early mornings is a plus

Must be 18+ years old

This is a full time (32-35 hr/week) position with opportunity for growth and advancement. Thursday - Sunday necessary.

$18-$20/hr DOE

Medical and Dental benefits available after 60 days.
