Flat Track Coffee is looking for a part-time barista to join our Austin crew!

What We're Looking For:

Someone who can:

Make thoughtful, high-quality drinks and food consistently

Maintain a clean, calm, and efficient workspace, even when it's busy

Create genuine, friendly connections with every guest

Take pride in being part of a team and supporting the shop's daily flow

Use a POS system accurately and follow cash handling procedures

Show up on time, contribute positive energy, and enjoy learning

Position Details:

Part-Time (25-35 hours/week)

Must have weekend availability

Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, scheduled within our business hours of 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 7 days a week

Location: Flat Track Coffee - 1619 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, TX

Preferred (but not required):

At least 1 year of barista or cafe experience

Strong background in customer service

High school diploma or equivalent
