Position Type: Part-Time / On-Call, with potential for cross-training in other departments.

Compensation: This is a non-tipped position. Banquet Houseperson receives a fixed $30 hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute set-up and tear-down of banquet rooms based on event specifications, floor plans, and timelines

- Maintain cleanliness andanization of banquet spaces, storage rooms, and equipment

- Transport linens, furniture, d cor, and equipment to and from designated areas

- Support the banquet team during events by replenishing supplies or resetting spaces as needed

- maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate departments

- Uphold standards of hospitality, even behind the scenes, with a guest-first mindset

Skills & Attributes

- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness

- Team player with excellent time management

- Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting moderate weights

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic event environment
