The Role: As a Casino Host you are Accountable for
the recognition, rewarding and development of high value players.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains the good will of customers based on personal knowledge of the individual.
- Establishes an ongoing dialogue with rated table and slot players.
- Exercises proper judgment of monetary considerations when granting player complimentary.
- Maintains accurate information in CMP. Knowledgeable of all marketing promotions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in situations. Strong proficiency in Excel and Word required.
- Mississippi State Gaming License
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
