Custodians & Maintenance Tech @ Bethlehem YMCA

CDYMCA is currently hiring for multiple maintenance and custodial positions. These roles are integral to ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

• MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (1) - Full Time, Day Shift or Evening Shift Monday- Friday. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings if needed.

• FEMALE RESTROOM CUSTODIAN (1)- Full Time Wednesday - Friday Evening Shift and Saturday-Sunday Morning Shift.

CUSTODIAN - $15.50 PER HOUR - GENERAL CLEANING, SANITIZING, AND SEASONAL GROUNDS CARE OF THE ASSIGNED FACILTY.

• One year prior experience in custodial work is preferred.

• Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

• Ability to report and record maintenance requests.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.

• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - $22.55 PER HOUR - GENERAL MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS OF THE ASSIGNED FACILITY.

• 3-5 years prior experience in maintenance and repair work.

• Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.

• Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

• Ability to manage and perform maintenance requests.

• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
