Job Description:
The Winery Concierge and Reservation Attendant is the first point of contact for guests visiting the winery. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about hospitality and wine. Hospitality skills are a must for this position. Professional phone etiquette, with the ability to handle high call volumes with warmth and clarity. Ability to reply to email correspondence. Should have the ability to reply with prompt, polished email communication. Ability to manage multiple threads and respond efficiently. Prior use of Reservation Systems, and experience with platforms like TOCK or similar booking tools. Excellent customer service skills. Friendly, solution-oriented approach to guest inquiries and concerns. Ability to multitask, juggle calls, emails, walk-ins, and scheduling simultaneously. Tech Proficiency, comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and CRM systems
Organization. Strong attention to detail in managing guest preferences and daily schedules. Hourly Salary, plus tips and commissions.
